Nina Hamilton joined Silver Hill Financial in 2003 as Associate Vice President, Operations. Currently Senior Vice President, Operations, Nina is responsible for all facets of underwriting, closing and processing for the small-balance commercial lender. She also oversees the company's nationwide expansion.
Previously, Nina worked for Bayview Financial, the parent company of Silver Hill Financial. Prior to joining Bayview in 2001, Nina held due diligence/underwriter positions with Petroleum Realty Investment Partners and Capital America, a subsidiary of Nomura Securities International.
Nina was recently named one of Success South Florida's 2006 "40 Most Influential Black Professionals Under 40". She was recognized for outstanding professional achievements and community involvement among a field of applicants from Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties.
Nina holds a master's degree in business administration from Nova Southeastern University in Florida, and a bachelor's degree in international business from Ithaca College in New York.
